The world of facial rejuvenation is one with more options than you can count. There’s cosmetic surgery, wrinkle reduction injections, laser procedures, dermabrasion, chemical peels, microneedling, skin care products, and much more. In many cases, your best results will actually come from combining the right choices together. Today, I’m offering some insight into one of the most effective combinations I use – my exclusive Band Aid Mini Facelift and Band Aid Laser Skin Resurfacing.
The Band Aid Mini Facelift is a procedure I developed in 1997 to provide strong surgical results with an in-office procedure without general anesthesia. Over the past twenty years, I’ve performed this surgery for over 6,000 patients. Using specialized, minimally-invasive techniques, the Band Aid Mini Facelift requires just half the recovery time of a traditional facelift, and at about half the cost. After seeing how thrilled my patients have been with the Band Aid Facelift, I developed a line of other minimally-invasive procedures using similar techniques, including the Band Aid Tummy Tuck, Band Aid Liposuction, Band Aid Eyelid Surgery, and more. Band Aid Laser Skin Resurfacing is a nonsurgical skin treatment I offer which treats the skin with a laser using tiny dots, allowing for faster healing time and more natural-looking results.
Treating Separate but Related Concerns
One of the reasons the Band Aid Mini Facelift and Band Aid Laser Skin Resurfacing work so well together is because they each treat different signs of aging. The focus of a Band Aid Facelift is repositioning the skin and underlying tissue to create a more youthful facial contour. Band Aid Laser Skin Resurfacing, on the other hand, addresses fine lines, wrinkles, age spots, dark circles under the eyes, and other signs of aging as well as sun damage and scarring. By treating your facial aging both on the surface and under the surface at the same time, you can achieve a more well-rounded, successful, and long-lasting result.
Band Aid Laser Skin Resurfacing is also a fantastic way to “touch up” your facelift results. While the Band Aid Mini Facelift can take years off your appearance, it doesn’t remove sun damage, age spots, or fine lines, nor does it stop the aging process in the future. As new wrinkles and skin laxity appear in the years after your surgery, Band Aid Laser Skin Resurfacing can be a great way to address new aging and refresh your results. The laser treatment is also effective in reducing scars, so the discrete scars you will have after your Band Aid Facelift will become even less visible.
